Our tribe is a Saponi Tribe with ancestors who banded together with tribes like the Catawba, Shawnee, and Cherokee. Our ancestors were some of the first people of America. We do our best to honor their memory by keeping traditions and beliefs alive. 

We strive to teach our children the teachings of the past through action and stories. We have gatherings filled with ceremony, and traditional food and clothing. 

Our council members work hard to keep the tribe traditional and organized. The council meets once a month.

If you believe you may be a citizen of our tribe we have an application processes that you are welcome to take part in. To do so all you need to do is print out the two page application, fill it out, and send it in to the address listed.
If you are approved you will then receive a Tribal identification card.
